Where we work
Every valley in this province has its own market, and rules that change from one municipality to the next. Here is how we read each area, and what we currently have there.
One thing to know before you start looking
In the province of Bolzano many homes are *convenzionate*: they may only be bought or occupied by people resident in the province for at least five years, or working there. The restriction comes from the provincial law on land and landscape, in force since 2020, and applies above all to new or renovated dwellings in municipalities where second homes exceed a threshold set by the Province.
Not every home is restricted, and the list of municipalities concerned is kept by the Province: it is checked case by case, not deduced from the village. On every listing we publish we check the restriction first and state it in the details.
This is orientation, not legal advice: for an individual property the land registry, the municipality and the notary are what count.
